Returns can be made via the contact form, or by reaching out to mase.evan21@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.(Please provide a picture of your order, as we can not accept items that were damaged after delivery/used items.)

Damaged items
We do our best to ensure that all items are carefully packaged to avoid any possible damages during transit, but are aware that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to damaged products arriving to buyers.
In the case that you receive a damaged product (unless this was a discounted "imperfect" product), please reach out to the email listed above with a picture of the damaged product and we will ensure a new item is shipped to you.
